The location was really good, placing me right in the heart of the action. I found the room to be quite clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable. The staff provided excellent support with clear instructions regarding check-in.

The room felt REALLY small. The bed was not comfortable. I woke up with back pain every morning. The staff were not always helpful and sometimes seemed rude. I found this quite disappointing. They need to improve their customer service.
